It’s good to be back.
The SANFLW season returns this weekend, and the Bays take on the challenge against West Adelaide.
After a productive and exciting off-season, Glenelg enters the new year with a refreshed and determined squad, eager to improve on its 2025 performance. A mix of new faces and established talent will headline Saturday’s clash, with seven players set to pull on the black and gold, five making their club debut and two stepping up for their first SANFLW league appearance.
Among the new recruits, Isla Wiencke (Giants Academy/Belconnen) and Kiara Henry (VFLW/Darwin) add pace and agility, while experienced inclusions Kiana Lee (Norwood), Ella Little (Woodville) and Abbey Rigter (Sturt) bring valuable SANFLW experience to the Bays lineup.
The new-look side will be led by co-captains Asha Dufour and Ella Quinn, who take the reins for the first time in what shapes as an exciting new chapter for the Club.
With plenty of potential and a strong mix of youth and experience, the Bays are ready to make their mark in 2026.
They’ll take to Magain Stadium this weekend – be there to support the girls in their season opener.
