Doc Clarke was signed to coach the senior mens squads in November, 2025. Clarke brings a wealth of experience and respected leadership to the Club, having spent the last eight years at the helm of the Adelaide AFLW program, where he guided the Crows to two premierships (2019 and 2022) and helped shape one of the most successful programs in the league’s history.

Widely regarded as one of the most influential coaches in Adelaide’s AFLW era, Clarke will continue the Bays culture-driven legacy, bringing a relationship-centric style to the Bays united front. The Club is thrilled to welcome his expertise, character, and football intellect to the Bays.

Talia Radan was appointed Senior Women’s Coach for seasons 2025 & 2026 in August of 2024. Talia brings a wealth of knowledge as an AFLW and SANFLW past player, a 2017 Adelaide Crows premiership player, West Coast Eagles inaugural team member in 2020, and as a 2020 SANFLW North Adelaide premiership player. Talia has coaching experience in the SANFLW as an assistant coach with West Adelaide in 2022, an assistant coach with South Australia’s State U16’s National Championships team in 2024, and also as Senior Coach of the Glenunga Rams in the U18’s Division 1 competition from 2022. Talia is also currently an AFL Tribunal Panel Member, a role she has undertaken since 2023. Professionally, Talia is a qualified legal practitioner and is currently employed with the Australian Government, Department for Employment and Workplace Relations.
